Toddler Group
Where: Western Community Centre
When: 9.30 - 11.30am
Details: Selection of toys for little ones. A self run group, clearing away at the end of each session. Everybody welcome.
Charge: £1 per family includes tea/coffee and biscuits

Every Tuesday
Over 50's/Beginners Exercise Class
Where: Western Community Centre
When: 1.30 - 2.30pm
Details: A low impact aerobics class, many exercises are aimed to help conditions such as osteoporosis and arthritis Call Pam on 727984 for more details

Styx Internet and Learning Centre
Where: Western Community Centre
When: 10 - 11.30am Drop in sessions
Details: Informal help with any internet/email/online problems Charge: Donations are appreciated

'Styx Too'

Details: For seniors. Plenty of activities including sport, pool, wii and laptops
